Mr. Koshiba, the firm's founder, is recognized as one of Hawaii's premier
litigators. Mr. Koshiba currently specializes in business litigation, labor disputes, construction litigation,
representation of major property owners (i.e., shopping centers and management companies), white collar criminal
cases, and commercial transactions. Mr. Koshiba is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Board of Trial
Advocates and former member of the State's Judicial Selection Committee.

Mr. Agena became a partner of our firm in 1996. Mr. Agena
concentrates in commercial & business litigation, representation of both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings,
foreclosure services, real property disputes & management matters, debt collection, receivership proceedings, construction
litigation, as well as other areas of general practice related to business matters.

Mr. Kubota became a partner in our firm in 1996. Mr. Kubota practices in the areas of personal
injury, employment law, and construction litigation. He advises both employers and employees in wrongful termination
claims, prevention, and prosecution, as well as prosecutes and defends clients in personal injury litigation, including marine,
aircraft, automobile, defective machinery, and medical cases.

Mr. Aoki has been practicing since 1985 and has been a partner in the firm since 2004.
He currently practices in the areas of business law, securities compliance and litigation, mergers & acquisitions,
commercial and real estate transactions, commercial and tort litigation, as well as estate planning, and serves as a panelist
in securities arbitration and medical malpractice cases. Mr. Aoki was formerly the Senior Securities Enforcement
Attorney with the State of Hawaii and former chairperson of the Hawaii State Bar Association's Government Lawyers
Section.

Ms. Gruebner has been with the firm since 1997. Ms. Gruebner
has been a partner since 2004. Ms. Gruebner concentrates in the areas of commercial transaction and litigation, including
negotiation of contracts, leases, and purchase agreements for corporate clients, appeals, bankruptcy, real property and lease
disputes, debt collection, labor arbitration, summary possession actions and foreclosures. She represents commercial
landlords, lending institutions, commercial property managers, labor unions, and private lenders and investors. Ms.
Gruebner is also licensed to practice law in Texas.

Mr. Price has been practicing in Hawaii since 1989,
and with the Koshiba firm since 1999. Mr. Price has been a partner since 2004. Mr. Price practices in the
areas of general civil litigation, including trials, arbitrations, and appeals in commercial, real property, employment, and
personal injury matters, as well as criminal defense. He also serves as an arbitrator in the Hawaii State Court Annexed
Arbitration Program.

Mr. Stewart has been practicing in Hawaii since 2002
and has been with the firm since 2005. Mr. Stewart practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, including
business and contract disputes, personal injury matters, debt collection, foreclosures, and labor and employment
issues, as well as criminal defense litigation. Mr. Stewart also
assists clients with purchasing and/or selling existing businesses, negotiating leases and contracts, setting up corporations,
and estate planning. Mr. Stewart was born and
raised in Japan and is fluent in spoken and written Japanese. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Stewart served
as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen N. Blondin (First Circuit Court, State of Hawaii) and, prior to law school, worked
as a congressional fellow in Congressman Robert Matsui's Washington D.C. office.
